25^TH  ANNIVERSARY OF THE FALKLANDS

PARADE AND MEMORIAL CONCERT

14^TH APRIL 2007

The Mayor of Rhondda Cynon Taff is holding a 25^th anniversary parade and concert in Pontypridd on the 14^th April 2007.

It will take place in Pontypridd and the outline programme will be the Parade through Pontypridd starting at 1500hrs where we will march to the TA Drill Hall where refreshments will be provided. Then an evening concert starting at 1900 that will be a ticket only event except for those taking part.

The Mayor has agreed that any monies raised will be donated to SAMA Wales and Combat Stress in order to help veterans in distress.

We are asking for as many veterans as possible to support this event by turning up for the march and purchasing tickets for the evening concert, especially as it is our charities that will benefit from it.

We would ask any veterans who would like to attend the parade to contact us so that we can  give the Mayor some idea of numbers for the refreshments afterwards. contact me
